NetIP Michigan provides South Asian professionals a community to network with, make long lasting friendships with, learn from, serve the community, serve our members through professional development, and increase awareness of and promote South Asian culture.
Being on the NetIP Michigan Board means you are helping to run a corporation, a non-profit one. As a volunteer position, we realize you are investing your time and energy into an organization and we thank you for supporting the NetIP community here in Michigan and nationally. Being on the board has several benefits: It looks great on a resume, gives you hands-on experience in running an enterprise, provides tremendous satisfaction for successfully planning events and initiatives that are well received, gives you an opportunity to bring in your friends and create new ones. You will meet numerous board members from cities spanning LA, Dallas, Miami, New York, and Chicago.
We want you to be part of a team. Like any team, it has its sacrifices and definitely its rewards. We work hard and we play hard. We work to support each other and help each other grow and learn.
